Who is the Course Intended
for?
Anyone who has not driven on British roads, or feels they
lack the confidence to drive on British roads due to their
experience being limited to driving on foreign roads. For
instance, employees visiting the UK from abroad, or new
residents to the UK who have been here for less than 12
months and still have a valid licence for their country of
origin but are thinking of taking the UK driving test in
the near future. Benefits to Clients The knowledge that
your employees have been taught the basic principles of
driving on British roads, putting them in a position
whereby they
are better able to avoid an accident. Fewer accidents mean
insurance savings and less employee down-time. Preparatory
Work It is advised that the delegate obtains an up-to- date
copy of the Highway Code and at least looks at it prior to
attending this course. It would be beneficial for the
delegate to bring their copy with them on the day.
